Vancouver producer Babe Rainbow, aka Cameron Reed, makes hazy and at times loopy dub-step tracks that tend to resemble song snippets from futuristic horror movies rather than dance-floor bangers. The video for “Shaved” takes what is a fairly claustrophobic and inorganic track and drops it in the middle of a West Coast rainforest with chilling effects.  The Shaved EP is out now on Warp.
